  –  Be used for internal research only if you opt in
  –  Be deleted upon request (both digital data and physical samples)

You retain full ownership of your genetic information.

4. Limitations of Service
Our reports are intended for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice and should not be used for diagnosis or treatment without consulting a qualified health professional.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy. Refunds are only available for unused and unregistered kits returned within 30 days of delivery.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyGeneHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes are posted indicates acceptance.

MYGENEHUB – CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Order Cancellations:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided that your DNA kit has not yet been shipped. After this period, cancellation requests are subject to approval based on the fulfillment status.

2. Subscription Plans (if applicable):

Subscription services may be canceled at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Refunds:
  –  Unused and sealed kits returned within 30 days of delivery may be eligible for a refund (minus shipping and handling fees).
  –  Kits that have been used or registered are non-refundable due to the nature of personalized services.
Better than competitors: Unlike some major DNA testing services, we offer both a 24-hour cancellation window and return options for unused kits.

1. Shipping Details:

2. Processing Times:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Typical delivery estimates:
  –  UK & Europe: 2–5 business days
  –  North America: 5–7 business days
  –  Rest of World: 7–14 business days

3. Shipping Costs:
  –  Standard shipping is free for all UK orders.
  –  International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

4. Returns & Replacements:

In the rare case of a damaged or lost kit, we will provide a free replacement. Return of unused kits must be initiated within 30 days.
